Food was amazing! Drinks were mixed well and strong. I had the chimichanga lunch special with a margarita for under 20. Will definitely be visiting again! Server was attentive. Staff was great! Definitely going back! There's also a patio area if you're into that. Only downside is the parking. I was lucky to find a spot on the street.
We had just flown in from Houston-we were starving! Couldn't really find anything downtown that was appealing or easy to get to. We drove around and ended up at this restaurant and it DID NOT disappoint! The food was soooo good. Our waiter was attentive. The queso was delicious. The kids fajita plate was big enough to feed both our kids. We got 3 adult plates and we were all beyond satisfied with the quality of our meals and the portion size. Also, we couldn't argue with the prices! We spent less than 60 for 5 people to eat including an appetizer. That's pretty unheard of these days. Thank you Cinco de Mayo Restaurant for helping kickoff our Nashville trip off in such a great way!

1st time here, and really enjoyed the food. Chicken Caldo flavorful and plenty of shredded chicken. Queso Blanco, chips, half order shredded chicken nachos, good flavor. Had soft beef tacos, cheese and lettuce, side of rice, beans. Large flour tacos. Taco and enchilada choice of protein; beef, chicken, or cheese and onions. Beef taco and Cheese and Onion with red sauce delicious. All very good. Will return. Very low key vibe.

The food was wonderful and the service excellent! We were a party of 7 and were seated quickly. The food came out very fast, and the flavor was great. Our server was very attentive. We would definitely visit again, and recommend it to family and friends!
I've had a lot of Mexican meals over the years and this was one of the best. Everything was delicious. We tried the tamales and the burrito and the camarones and the fajitas and the queso fundido... food just kept on coming! Really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. My son comes here a lot and he was right, it is excellent!
I stopped into Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant recently on the way home from a work trip, and I have to say - they have the best salsa here. I loved it. It was alittle spicier than the average Tenn-Mex location, and the food came out really fast. I think I was in and out in 20-30 mins, and the food was insanely good and nice and hot. The outside patio is super comfy and has strong lights and music, and you can bring your dog if you want. With a Dr. pepper, Two Tacos, Rice, Beans, and Tip, my ticket was 20
